Inside a Press-On Nails Factory: From Raw Material to Finished Box

Where quality control begins

PAMMDI's 12,000 sqm intelligent factory in China runs each press-on nail through injection molding, spray coating, rhinestone setting, pad printing, cat-eye finishing, and packaging - all under one roof.

Step 1: Injection molding

Raw ABS material is heated and injected into precision molds to form nail tips with consistent thickness and flexibility.

Step 2: Coating and design

Nails move to spray coating or pad printing stations where French tips, gradients, and patterns are applied. Hand-finished touches give the handmade-look premium finish.

Step 3: Rhinestone and cat-eye finishing

High-end designs get rhinestones set by hand and cat-eye magnetic effects for the trendiest looks.

Step 4: Inspection and packaging

Every batch is inspected before boxing. Certified for CPC and SGS, each set ships with adhesive tabs, a file, and a cuticle stick.

When you source from PAMMDI, you are buying direct from the factory floor - no middlemen, stable quality, and capacity for your brand to scale.
